Historical Development: Four P’s of marketing was known as â€Å"marketing mix†. In 1948, Prof. James Culliton, â€Å"an American marketing expert†, has considered the â€Å"marketing manager† as a â€Å"decider†Ã¢â‚¬ ¦show more content†¦As well as, this model is needed to achieve the company’s marketing objectives by delivering value to customers. Chapter 2 Body 1. Main elements or components of model: There are four main elements of the model: 1- Product 2- Price 3- Place 4- Promotion 2. Each element or step in detail in the model with example o f company (Cadbury Co.) using this model: a. Product: †¢ Product means the good- and services combination the company offers to the target market. †¢ It is what the business provides to satisfy customer needs.
